Update on the NOISE+! (Perma-dumpster & sound wall construction)

Susan and I have been meeting with Executive Director of Planning and Building of Santa, Minh Thai, every two weeks to see that the building on 901 W Civic Center makes improvements to the deplorable issues that are affecting WS neighbors.

-Alvaro Nunez has told us that the building manager of 901 has been informed that the perma-dumpster on Flower needs to be moved ASAP so that construction debris no longer falls into neighbor's yards
-Revised sound barrier wall plans were approved on 7/23 and cement for the footing was poured this weekend. Will keep you posted on the progress.
-The building continues to sporadically emit large quantities of water, which Minh Thai & Alvaro Nunez have not addressed. Mosquitos continue to thrive in the water.
