The developers made this map! The DARK GREEN IS ALL WETLANDS!!! The light green and brown will be hones, townhomes, streets, pool, recreation, and public spaces. If you look towards the left top corner, they are even building a bridge for cars to drive on to get from one neighborhood to the other ALL in between WETLANDS!!!!!!
