“Join me, Supervisor Sue Frost and Supervisor Phil Serna for a community meeting where you will be updated about the Safe Stay Community located at 4837 Watt Avenue, North Highlands, CA. We will be joined by the Department of Homeless Services and Housing, City Net, and the consultant for the development of the site, NORR Associates, Inc. who are providing architectural designs and engineering services.”
