Please, share your story with me - has a bank profited from your loved ones death?

Thanks for your incredible response to my update about the response from the Treasury. I am still in shock. What has shocked me throughout this campaign is the number of stories I hear from people who have faced similar mistreatment from their bank following the death of a loved one. Some are still battling their banks right now. It's important that we bring all of these stories, not just mine, into the limelight so that the government can hear that this really can and does affect all Australians! Are you one of these people?
