With regards to this scammer, he continues to defy everyone.  I recently collated some more evidences and posted in Twitter, which I felt that you ought to read. It is really interesting how he uses his lying, bribing and delaying tactics in achieving his goals. The complete version of the document is here. 

I am delighted to let you know that we are getting closer and this scammer is being corner from all directions.  However, we need further support from all of you.  So, please keep sharing and getting new people to sign.  Only then, will we be able to achieve our goal in bringing his person down.
