Ugandan dictator Gen. Yoweri Museveni has once again through the country’s Parliament launched an anti-Gay campaign. This time it's criminal for people to merely identify as LGBTQ+.
He's invited violence against LGBTQ+ just as he did nearly 10 years ago when Obama was president. Yet he still gets $1 billion annually in your taxpayers' money in annual support from the US and another $1 billion from the World Bank and IMF where the US is the dominant shareholder.
