Please come and be seen and heard at the Planning Commission meeting tomorrow.  If this rezoning goes thru, it will only open up more rezoning requests.

Design information has not been provided regarding the Manasota Beach Road expansion from BeachWalk to 776.  How will a golf cart lane and bike trail be added?  The intersection is already a safety hazard.  Pennington Place will be left with all the traffic backup, noise and pollution.  The last thing we need is commercial development on the corner.

We need your continued support.  Wellen Park residents do not need a place to stop for ice cream when they leave the beach!
