I'm happy to announce that a friend of the ReverseSting.Org movement, and fellow brother of the struggle (Leslie Mayfield) was granted a new trial on November 13th by enbanc in the 7th Circuit. He was granted this relief on the grounds that the jury was uninstructed on the issue of entrapment (a defense often denied in stash-house reverse-sting cases). Now it's uncertain what affect this decision will have on all other reverse-sting cases, but it's another step forward in our fight against these controversial tactics. We'll be sure to keep you updated on any & all other news concerning this matter.
