The Phillip Road Site proposal is currently moving through the City’s established review process, which includes technical analysis, environmental review, and a publicly-noticed hearings at the Planning Commission and City Council.

Since the Planning Commission and City Council will serve as the impartial recommending and decision‑making bodies at those hearings, the Brown Act and due‑process requirements prevent Commissioners and Councilmembers from taking a public position before all information and public testimony are presented, therefore they will not be responding to you directly. This ensures a fair and transparent process for the community.
