Over 200 people have signed in just two days, showing that we New Jerseyans are not going to allow a bill to pass that does not hold anyone responsible for the spay, neuter, and care of stray and feral cats. Thank you so much for your support!

I have tried to get the attention of our representatives to discuss better language based on years of experience with TNR in NJ, but no one has been willing to meet with me or others with boots-on-the-ground experience.
