Hi All
There has been some progress in that NCC have publicly apologised for the poor handling of the consultation meeting, have started to provide information and have accepted that we have provided a viable solution that ticks their boxes and some.
During our public meeting held at the Stoke Rugby Clubrooms 22/5 we had a great turn out with lots of support from our community.
We spoke about our community, what's happened thus far, what impacts are likely, what our issues are and our proposed solution.
We heard from NCC Group Manger of Infrastructure Alec Louverdis with some background and he took questions.
Our Local Stoke-Tahunanui Ward councilors Campbell Rollo, Matthew Benge, Trudi Brand and Mel Courtney attended as did Tim Skinner. They were given a few minutes each to speak towards the end.
