Disrupting the Board of Education meeting

Please view the video from the act of civil disobedience at the Board of Education meeting.  Every member stood up and turned their backs when mothers began to recount instances of harm to their children at Herbert Hoover Middle School.  President Karla Silvestre looks at the group with disgust and calls a recess.  Peter Moran, subject to one of the demands, walks out of the room.
