I apologise for the long wait in between updates.

It has been over 12 months since I first lodged this petition via email with just over 430 signatures and nothing has been done to abolish mandatory activity requirements from Workforce Australia's compliance system because the number of signatures had not reached the minimum requirement of 500.

Having said that, though, there has been calls for the compliance system to be scrapped altogether, but nothing has been done about that either.

It is obvious that Centrelink and Workforce Australia, not to mention our devil of a Prime Minister and his Labor Party Government, still haven't got the message - jobseekers have had enough, and they want a simple task to be performed - permanently abolish all mandatory activity requirements from Workforce Australia's compliance system.  All we are asking them to do is give jobseekers their freedom back and comply to the above request.

I encourage all supporters to please share this petition in every way possible to get the signature numbers up - we need at least 500 before I can lodge the petition again.
