These evictions are happening ahead of the Section 21 ban next year. If they go unchallenged, it will set a terrifying precedent. Predatory landlords across the country are openly preparing to follow suit, displacing families, tearing apart communities, and uprooting lives - all whilst still 'legal'. 

This behaviour is disgusting, especially during a cost-of-living crisis. It threatens to overwhelm an already strained housing market, all for the sake of profit. 

Our petition demands an end to landlords exploiting Section 21. We must apply pressure now to halt the oncoming wave of evictions and protect vulnerable tenants.
