"I have briefly read your story and these situations really infuriate me!

More importantly, I am very sorry to hear that you have suffered a similar fate to that of my own.

Like you, I absolutely and very sincerely hope that your sharing does resurrect my campaign.

On a personal level, I never did get back into work and I have not only had 11.5 lost years, but also a destroyed career and ultimately life.

I’ve always been a very genuine soul, very hard working and very smart. My talent was simply a threat to incompetents and in all honest a huge loss to the business who did the unethical.

I have never been able to settle, have a family, move home to a better area, not even change career. I am still to this very day trapped in many ways and at virtually every angle.

My ex employer decided to embark on a very vicious and further destructive campaign of not giving a reference.

Hence, killing any chance of me ever getting a new job. I could have virtually walked into a new job with my eyes shut, but coming from IT, as time went on it very rapidly became neigh impossible.

Technology moves fast and also other outside factors didn’t help.

My Tribunal was essentially Whitewashed and the Judge believed implausible explanations such as my bully having a tendency at swearing at her monitor rather than me when I was standing at her desk.

The Judge also allowed all 5 other witnesses to be sat in the room whilst my Bully gave evidence, allowed my Bully to change her Sworn Witness Statement on the fly, as did all the other subsequent witnesses after having heard the evidence which had gone before they sat in to give their evidence. All 6 managers in total up against me by myself, changed their Sworn Witness Statements on the fly!

Also that a full set of verbatim notes from my exit interview were never filed in the HR Records.

My employer also hid the fact that a peer of my bully’s had resigned on the Friday before my Tribunal due to her bullying and ‘playground’ antics towards him.

He was also a very highly competent and industry recognised person.

I have over the years also found out that there are many unobvious tricks and signs that the solicitors, Barristers and judges give to each other in how or what direction they want to tribunal or even court cases to go.

All of which no innocent member of the public would ever know.

At the time of my Tribunal, Boris Johnson had already started rolling out instructions that was very much in support of Employers due to the state of the economy and also to deter people from even bringing claims in the first place.

To be entirely honest, in some ways I very much regret ever taking my case to the Employment Tribunal as it has completely and utterly destroyed my life and any prospects of happiness ever since.

But equally so, if I hadn’t stood up to them I would have also regretted it, as I have been bullied throughout my entire life.

I have had many experiences of legal matters helping others and my honest opinion is that the entire system is corrupt to the very core.

All I can say is that I very sincerely hope that things work out for you and that you manage to get back on track as soon as possible.

Further, I very sincerely hope that both our campaigns gain some serious traction and take off very soon!
