A Cat Abuser from From Shunyi District, Beijing (who was one of the many people behind the cat torture cult) has been arrested just recently! This comes from an account on Instagram and says that Beijing Shunyi local police station has formally notified of this case, The abuser has been detained for 10 days and fined 500 yuan, He was sent to detention last night.

The abused and killed cat was buried with decency. I have no sure info about the calico cat. I believe he has been given to the animal protection volunteers.

The abuser/killer has not yet been identified. But knowing how skilled the Chinese netizens are, I believe we will get to know more about him.
