On July 2nd, Buc-ee's EPCO, LLC appealed to the El Paso County Board of County Commissioners(BOCC), asking the elected board to overturn the planning director's July 1st ruling that the county "cannot determine" whether the proposed Travel Center is a "convenience store".

Although this was expected, the key is that now, for the first time in the process, there will be a PUBLIC HEARING where RESIDENTS WILL BE HEARD!!!!!!

The ONLY question to be answered at the BOCC hearing will be whether Buc-ee's can be allowed as a "convenience store", which we all know is an absolute JOKE!!!
