Investors are saying NO to All Aboard Florida bonds and Fortress Investment Group is closing its Flagship Macro Hedge Fund. Fund head Michael Novogratz is expected to leave the private-equity and hedge-fund firm. Fortress has lost 30% of its stock value this year alone.
