No response from Nuffield to complaint made 7 days ago

Despite writing to Nuffield Health 7 days ago, I have not received a reply.
I did see this response from them online that said "As a trading charity I do need to confirm that there are no plans to amend the swim school, as improving junior swim tuition is a core aim of ours in our effort to build a healthier nation. One lane remains open during Swim School times."
So improving a healthier nation does not apply to adults according to this statement, who make up the majority and who pay the membership fees.
I reiterate, children have swimming tuition as part of their school curriculum and the opportunity to partake in other sports throughout the school year.
Adults can be employed, self-employed, full time, part time or shift workers, retired or semi retired. I ask, how does one lane for all these demographics who need flexibility and different reasons for using the pool cater for them? What about their health?
It does seem that health is not equally distributed at the Nuffield and they do not uphold values such as inclusivity or fairness.
