End no cause notices

First, thank you to everybody that have signed and shared.  I really do appreciate it.

Now, U could really use some help here.  If you could share with more friends and acquaintances, it would be greatly appreciated.

And again, this is not directed at "mom and pop" property owners that have a rental, or 2 to supplement their income to enhance their retirement.

This is directed at those entities with "investors", especially out if state investors, that contract a property management LLC, preventing tenants from even being given contact information. Investors that bought houses from LLCs that were created during the last "crash", then selling to investors, for the purpose of leasing the homes back, and the property management business then makes all decisions bases solely on profits.  And the fact that by getting rid of current tenant, no matter how long they have lived there, and with the cost of rents, gain at upwards of $ 2,000 to $6,000 just in security deposits with a new tenant.  Plus pet deposits AND monthly added fee to rent.

Especially, with what people have had to deal with the past year and a half, this is wrong in so many ways.

And understand, "No cause notices" are not suppose to be for use where rent is in arrears", so...or lease violations, damage, etc.  It is for exactly what they call it.  No reason at all.

Unfortunately landlords (mom and pop) have had this as their option when selling or wanting to move in.  Other states have "just cause" which can be used for that purpose that also does not go on tenants record regarding background checks.

Which is what should be adopted here.
