Update 48; Pretty much done

We'll be stepping back from this for the foreseeable future. We've been advised the Ombudsman will need 7 months to even begin looking at our complaint due to a backlog. It may be years before the caseworker finalises their work. Our focus needs to be elsewhere now. Thank you for all your support over the last year.
