Hello I'm inquiring about the k1 visa processing time. This visa option was supposed to be the shorter and cheaper of the two spouse visa application choices and instead the wait time keeps growing longer and longer with the marriage visa, only the fiance visa doesn't get an green card as soon as they get here. So we are now waiting just as long, for less advantages. It has also been extremely difficult to get a hold of customer service or any one and one guidance about the whole thing. Everything is done by online inquiries or AI on the phone, often with responses that are days or weeks later. Meanwhile the wait times keep getting longer and longer. Our plans and life is out on hold until further notice, and the heartache and longing for our loved ones and families grows stronger and stronger. There needs to be changes in the system starting with hiring and training agents immediately to help with the back up of applications.
