Revise Level 4 Exercise Restrictions - Update

The petition was mentioned in The South African and continues to gain traction. I also believe the Western Cape Premier plans to address the exercise restrictions with government. So if you have not yet shared the petition please do so - the more voices we have to support this, the better!
