MOLEWA'S DEA issued a permit to HUME for his sale of a half a ton of SA rhino horn

Confusion in court on a Sunday afternoon, the permit had been issued for the sale. Hume was and is completely within his rights to sell his half a ton of rhino horn. The South African government gave him a clear signed approval to do so. The lady, doth protest too much.
