Kisumu Department of Health Acts

Kisumu’s Department of Health has moved to Winam Law Courts to compel the controversial cleric to release 23 people held against their will at his church. The department is also seeking Father John Pesa's arrest as well as the demolition of some buildings inside the Coptic Holy Ghost Church compound. The health officials also want the detainees taken to hospital for treatment after they are removed from the church.
