Update time!
As you may know, the Leadmill has spent alot of their own money over the last 42 years to update and modernise the venue. For example, you may remember the big refurb they did in 2017 when they relaid the dancefloor, many of you own parts of the old floor! Now the landlord is looking to take advantage of these investments.
The government have said it will review the Landlord and Tenant Act.
The Leadmill have set up a petition calling for a suspension of a specific clause, so that tenants cannot be evicted until a Government review has been concluded, and any reforms implemented.
