There's been alot of news overnight!

The freehold for Leadmill is owned by Electric Group that run Electric Brixton in London, and SWX in Bristol, take a look at their event listings, doesn't seem to have the same community feel of Leadmill. Their CEO took to Twitter this morning

There's obviously a worry that they're looking to run it themselves which as we've seen with venues like O2 academy means less, lower risk events, less of those brand new exciting acts, less weekly club nights, less events like comedy and film screenings.

I've requested clarity on next steps from Music Venue Trust and Leadmill.
