We are up to 317 on the Tinsley Carnegie library petition! 

Did you know that Tinsley was not part of Sheffield when funding was given for it's Carnegie library building, hence Walkley being widely known as Sheffield's only Carnegie library. 

Did you also know that the area of Tinsley hasn't had a professionally staffed library service since 2016, and that the council ward including Tinsley has the worst reading attainment in the city at 39% according to the council's own figures?
