"Today, Victoria Police announced a $1 million reward for information about what happened to my beautiful niece, Eloise Worledge, who vanished from her bedroom on 13 January 1976.
Fifty years have passed.
Fifty years of questions.
Fifty years without answers.
This reward is an important step, not just for our family, but for Eloise. She was eight years old. She mattered then, and she matters now.
Tonight, I’m asking for something simple, but powerful to help raise awareness and spark conversation.
Please leave your porch light on for Eloise. Let it shine as a symbol of hope and remembrance, and of a community saying we haven’t forgotten you.
If you know something, no matter how small, no matter how long ago, please come forward. Someone, somewhere, holds the key to the truth. This reward exists because answers are still possible.
Thank you to everyone who has stood with us, spoken Eloise’s name, and helped keep her story alive.
Tonight, let the light stay on. For Eloise.
