"On 26 February 2024, the Board of Inquiry delivered its report to the Governor of Victoria in accordance with its terms of reference. Under the Inquiries Act 2014 (Vic), any public release of the report is now a matter for the Victorian Government.              

The Board of Inquiry is deeply grateful to every individual that contributed to and engaged with this important work and does not underestimate the resolve and courage it required. We hope that engaging in this process has, even in some small way, contributed to the healing journey of victim-survivors, along with their families, friends and loved ones.
