My facebook Name is "Kimberly Lynn".   My story dates back to the kidnapping of my daughter May 1, 2014 and there is so much to share. 

Six years into this process and I still have supervised visits yet no one in family court could tell me WHY in any of the evidentiary hearings. In fact they asked me why?!? How does a court system mess up so badly for so long that not even they have the answers. 

I am not a criminal. I care for my other children. I have a Masters degree in Education. I love being with children and teaching is one of my passions. Yet I can't even have my own child but can care for everyone else's child for the past 20 years. Not one single ounce of proof to validate such a claim in supervised visits by a father whom has had to be supervised himself for untreated mental illness, substance abuse issues, and homicidal and suicidal thoughts.

Injustice at it's finest. And who suffers the most? Our children suffer the most.

My next court date is coming up. Why go through a year of evidentiary hearings when this judge already knows he was going to object to any additional parenting time I'd receive. Why make this nightmare continue and have to start from scratch with the same original judge rehearing all the evidence again. Makes no sense to have something put in place then go back on it.
