Good afternoon everyone! If you are reading this email it means you signed the petition for a more inclusive college financial aid system. 

I wanted to send a quick appreciation note to all of you for your support. We are currently at about 400 signatures, just under halfway to our goal of 1000. 

Please send the petition to your family and friends and post it on all your social medias. On Instagram, you can tag the account @middleclassadvocates. Each one of you is capable of making a difference, and every signature counts. I also encourage you to donate towards spreading awareness about this issue. The website listed above will allow you to "promote" the petiton by choosing an amount to contribute. Even donating 5 dollars will go a long way. 

Additionally, these past few weeks the US Department of Education has been in unstable condition, with several workers being laid off. This makes it all the more necessary to secure our rights to financial aid as soon as possible.
