The concerns of this petition have now been finalized into Virginia state school policies.  Thank you Governor Youngkin for striking a balance between parental rights and student dignity in the finalized "MODEL POLICIES
ON ENSURING PRIVACY, DIGNITY , AND RESPECT
FOR ALL STUDENTS AND PARENTS IN
VIRGINIA’ S PUBLIC SCHOOLS".

I look forward to Fairfax County Public Schools complying with state policy and enacting local school policies that follow and align with the new state guidelines in order to respect and protect all student rights as is now the state policy, and has been demanded by this petition and its signers.
