Hello Marvin Creek Neighbors!

Please email me (tori.comiskey@gmail.com) if you would like to be CC’d on an existing email chain addressing the improperly attempted trail easement that our HOA Board has tried to grant to the Village of Marvin Council. There has been a lot of activity over the last week. Their actions today not only impact this current issue, but could have long-term and irreversible impacts to the original nature and character of our neighborhood. We all bought into this neighborhood as a whole and have reasonable expectations that our private property and amenities are not being “gifted” to the general public (which is against the protection of our CCRs). Also consider the undeniable vulnerability this would apply to all of our MC owned common areas.
