Hey everyone, well done. They have not met the statute requirements for minimum density and cannot get there even at buildout. They are begging for a waiver and are not entitled to one. The 600 petitions they brought paled in comparison with the almost 1200 social media legitimate polls against. Our community has stood up against this attack and we just need to remain vigilant. The docs they provided were a sham. They used a Miami based university professor who works for “equity”.
