To supporters of this cause -- thank you for signing and sharing this petition to stop sodium hydroxide from being used as a climate change experiment which will negatively affect Cape Cod waters. We now have 380 signatures and will soon reach the first goal of 500! 

I have an update as of today, May 02-2025. 

A counter petition on Change.org has been launched against mine, and it is actually in support of the sodium hydroxide water dump! So we must ramp up our efforts. If you are interested in seeing the petition launched against mine, you can inquire but I will not advertise the link on this petition. 

Someone was sent from the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institute to fight me on this. He contacted me this morning on Instagram and wanted to talk on the phone. After my conversation with him, I was more determined than ever to fight their sodium hydroxide experiment, which the man told me was a 'pilot test'. This means that they want to continue doing this all around the world but our area is the first to try it out on. We cannot let this happen.
