Here's what Marcello (Foil, Univ. Notre Dame Grad.) had to say about his mom's candidacy in a recent Mother's Day social media post:
I want to endorse my mom on this special day for the Board of USAFencing. Besides her diverse involvement in fencing as a fencer, referee, and parent, she has an incredible background in corporate governance and finances. She has high integrity and makes solid decisions!
She is the right person for the job! Please vote for her . . . so she can make USAFencing better!
Marcello is a top US Men's Foilist. If you don't follow his fencing career, you should! He is competing with Team USA right now, in fact, at the 2024 Shanghai Foil Grand Prix! GO TEAM USA!
