Government say "Successful Seismic Survey" - Marine Life Says Otherwise

The impact on marine life has already been witnessed with harbour porpoise displacement at Whitehaven, deaths of seals and harbour porpoise at Drigg and hundreds of stranded jellyfish at Silloth.  The impacts from this seismic blasting will continue to reverberate in the months and years to come.  We are campaigning to stop future seismic blasting especially in protected marine areas such as the Irish Sea and continue to challenge the Government policy to deliver a deep hot nuclear dump under Cumbria and the Irish Sea.
