A recent document has emerged showing Northern Pulp's proposed effluent discharge site.  This document has been put together by KSH Solutions.  

A quick search of the Nautical Chart of Pictou Harbour shows the depth of the water in Pictou Harbour ranging from 1-5ft.  This is very concerning since the early details from Northern Pulp's effluent proposal show that they would pump 45,000,000 Litres of Bleach Kraft Pulp Effluent into this shallow water body DAILY!
