MRA Meeting Update & Upcoming Meetings

On Friday the Missoula Redevelopment Agency (MRA) held a special meeting in which they detailed the proposed Midtown Commons development and discussed the estimated amount of tax dollars that will be spent on the project. The MRA Board approved spending 10.9 million dollars in tax increment financing (TIF). The proposed plan did not include saving any of the The Grove or existing riparian area. Monday, May 11th - City Council meeting, 6:00PM, City Council Chambers, 140 W. Pine
Tuesday, May 12th - Parks & Rec Board meeting where they will vote on finalizing the Park plan, 11:30 AM Headwaters Conference Room, 600 Cregg Lane
Wednesday, May 13th - Land Use & Planning Committee meeting, 1:00PM, City Council Chambers, 140 W. Pine
