Oregon practices both judicial and non-judicial foreclosures. The non - judicial foreclosure is applied when a power of sale is present in the mortgage. In contract, the judicial process, which requires a court order to execute ~ is applied when the power of sale is NOT present.
The state institutes a 'redemption period' which allows you to reclaim your property once it's sold.
