Right now in Marbella (Spain), a carriage horse is being forced to work under unbearable conditions: standing on burning asphalt in 42°C heat, without food, without water, dehydrated, injured, and visibly emaciated. This is not tradition – this is animal abuse.

I have already filed an official police report with the Guardia Civil (SEPRONA). The authorities are aware of the case, but they say the process is long. Meanwhile, the horse continues to suffer every single day.

We already have a safe forever home waiting at Easy Horse Care Rescue Centre 🐴💞 – the horse could be rescued and cared for immediately. All that is missing is the official decision from the authorities to take the animal away from its abusive owner.

We demand:

That the Ayuntamiento de Marbella and the Junta de Andalucía immediately intervene.
That a veterinary inspection is carried out urgently.
That the horse is confiscated and released to Easy horse care rescue center.

Without strong public pressure, the horse will continue to suffer and eventually die. Spain must not turn a blind eye.
