The CARES Act promised financial relief to small business owners, yet the majority of the Personal Care industry has been unable to secure any of the promised funds, thanks to multimillion dollar companies receiving bail-outs instead. The Personal Care industry has been forgotten by our government, but we will not go down quietly!

This is your opportunity to rally your clients, your friends and family, and share together the message that while many regard us as “non-essential” we are a pillar in the United States economy, in society and in our local communities. This is the opportunity for us ALL to make our voice heard!

On Facebook: Make thes graphics you profile photo for the day! Strut your stuff and show off your work on your page and tag it with #unitingbeauty . Make a quick video, TAG your legislators, and let them know how you’ve been affected, either Live or Public on your wall.

On Instagram: Post a video explaining to the world how you have been affected. Use #unitingbeauty on all your posts. Go LIVE on IG tell your story!

On Twitter: Let’s light up Twitter with how we’ve all sacrificed. TAG YOUR LEGISLATORS! Every government official uses our services- they need to see our names, hear our personal tales, and think of us as real Americans. A list of their Twitter handles can be found here:

Let’s not leave it to only our industry to pick up the pieces. We have fought hard and through so much to become successful, and we deserve recognition from our Federal Government.
