A huge thank you to everyone who took part in last week’s campaign efforts across Plumstead, Glyndon and around Woolwich Islamic Centre. Your time, energy and dedication to speaking with residents and delivering leaflets has been truly inspiring.

From door-to-door conversations in Plumstead and Glyndon, to engaging with residents, local shops and council homes near Woolwich Islamic Centre, we have seen strong community interest and meaningful discussions about the issues that matter most.

It was also a pleasure to meet members of the Muslim community during the Eid celebrations, as well as members of the Indian Cultural Committee, wider faith communities, and to participate in a Nepalese community event. Thank you for your warm welcome, support and encouragement.

Let’s keep the momentum going as we continue building a strong, inclusive and community-led campaign across our neighbourhoods.
