“You cannot transplant a supportive network to a new site! People have invested in tending the soil and plants over many years and shared the support and friendship present on an allotment. We all acknowledge it was a vital lifeline during lockdown, enabling some social interaction at a safe distance and allowing the healing action of contact with nature to take place. This should be nutured, not casually destroyed”

Thank you for writing words of such truth .
