the DeKalb Community Council will discuss the proposed zoning change on Tuesday, December 13, 2022 at 5:30pm. This is the "two cycle deferral" that was granted back in the summer. Please note that this case is Item #1 (Z-22-1245331) on the Agenda.
It is essential that all who are opposed to this rezoning should make their presence known at the Zoom meeting and be sure to join on time. Please spread the word! Please see link below for the Agenda and the link to join.
You are part of a neighborhood petition, which has almost 1500 signatures in opposition to the development of this forest. To reject the planned rezoning to a higher density development (from R100 = 87 houses to R60 = 124/209 houses) is the first step to stop the development plans.
