Even major safety concerns and S106 financing is being ignore/dismissed by CEC & Government representatives. Let alone traffic congestion & safety to pedestrians and insufficient primary school places!

Over 2000 houses have been approved already!

Approved land is being sold on by the agents, increasing land costs to the end developers who then turn around and say they can't provide 30% 'affordable' housing as the land price has increased. 

Sandbach is being used as a easy target and it needs to, not just be stopped but approvals reversed!!
