Death Penalty for committing (or intent) to commit premeditated murder or acts of terrorism

We see, on a regular basis reports of premeditated murder and acts of terrorism (which indiscriminately main and kill) carried out by people that plan and execute their heinous crimes. They are fully intent on maiming or ending the lives of others for reasons of revenge, racial / religious hatred, political gain or other motivations.

Any person that invests in and takes the time to plan the death of another, successful or not, has no place in our society.

People convicted of such acts should not be incarcerated at the expense of the very people they planned to kill, they should not be incarcerated as they may influence others to commit similar atrocities. People found guilty (by the popular jury or by plea of ​​guilty) of committing or attempting to commit premeditated murder or acts of terrorism shall be subject to Corporal Punishment (Death Penalty).
