Happy New Year & S.O.S.

Happy New Year! And what a year this could be... I am all too aware last year I couldn’t dedicate as much time to the campaign as I would’ve liked so you can imagine my delight when I realised you had been doing all the hard work in my absence. When an extra 500 people had signed - I have just read your reasons for signing and hopefully you’ll have been notified that I liked them. “Liking” them doesn’t quite cover it as they’re all such individually fantastic reasons for signing and truly humbling. It’s the new year and I’m afraid I’m already in need of your help and can’t wait any longer! As you’ll know the government are currently consulting on actually changing the organ donation system here in England to the Soft Opt Out but this won’t happen unless we make our views known. You’ve already done an immense amount by reading, signing and sharing this petition but please use the link below to make your view clear on wanting to change to opt out to the government because were so close! Also please please please Share this petition because I’ll regularly include the link to vote on the gov website to maximise the number of people we reach! I believe if people will make the effort to opt out of this system they'll also make time to make their views known about changing to the Soft Opt Out.
