If you believe what was said in the video, its pretty clear why people are getting banned, even through it seems pretty acted. And the target for cheaters is basically ruining the game for other players, how are they doing it? Giving you money, and that gets you banned. The Cheaters wont be caught ever. Its just a endless circle of people getting people banned.

First off: My Story/What could have get me banned (if you dont care scroll down)

Ive modded the game, it was a time when i moved and had no internet connection, so just to play offline with some cool mods, before i went online, i decided to reinstall windows and make a clean harddrive and stuff cuz it started lagging, i did that before i had any internet connection, and downloaded gta again(that was like over a year ago). No problems sofar, a half year later, i picked up like 20k because i didnt picked up the money a hacker wanted to give me so he shot me with his moneybag spawning gun. Ive created the ticket and rockstar removed the 20k... and additional 980k.... well still better than getting banned, then i just started playing a lot of pvp missions and a lot of players started reporting me because im actually good at it(so many flavours, why you have to be salty) Thats about it, i mean everybody did launchglitches and the ones that are just funny, or entering locations with glitches like the police station or something, but when i tried it last time, i instantly got teleported out again so maybe that is actually the reason?

So, it is not a secret that Rockstar is banned people from their game randomly.

It is not a secret that the Rockstar support is poor. They just hang up on you on the phone, they just tell you the basic reasons of a ban(which you already knew) and than instantly close your ticket. They refused to let me talk to a supervisor, they dont read a thing you are writing in these Submit tickets. They dont care about you.

Customers who gave you 60 bucks for the game (maybe more if they bought shark cards) should not be treated like this in any way.

Their "new" ban policy:

There is  reason for this Rockstar. Also the "Players helping players" section is getting flooded by innocent players who are getting banned.

There are thousands of these Videos:

TO BE CLEAR IF YOU WANT ROCKSTAR TO:

-actually listen to their customers having problems and solve them

-stop closing tickets without any given support

-stop haning you up on the phone

-actually care about their customers

-that bans can be appealed and there should be evidence from both sides before the person who paid 60 bucks or more gets banned

SIGN THIS PETITION.

even tho that its probably not gonna happen.
